Deposits
Currently we are not taking deposits. Payment is due upon arrival.
Cancellations
You cancel up to 7 days before your arrival. If you cancel with less than 7 days full payment will be required. If we manage to part or fully relet the room for the nights you have booked, then we will refund the money for these nights.We also recommend looking into taking holiday insurance out, many people buy an annual policy for around £35.
Parking
We have 4 -5 spaces but we have 8 rooms. We do not reserve spaces apart for Blue Badge holders by prior arrangement. It’s done on a first come first served basis. There is roadside parking and we provide free permits for this.
Pets
We are currently not accepting any new pets as we are reducing the amount we allow.

Cash, bank transfer or card payments, upon arrival.
