Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations All Reservations whether made by Telephone, on-line or e-mail are to be considered as binding agreements and Full Payment will be required unless proper notice of cancellation or amendment is received
Payments
Deposits can be made by Debit/Credit Card or cheque Cheques should be sent first class post within 24 hours of the booking being made unless agreed differently The balance of payment is due on arrival unless prior agreement is made.
Please note:- A 2.5% surcharge is applicable on all credit card payments.
No show
If you fail to turn up on the date of your booking, without any prior cancellation notice, you will be charged for the full cost of your stay.
Cancellations
14 days notice is required to cancel reservations, deposits are non refundable after 14 days.
Amendments
Amendments reducing the number of guests or length of stay will be given due consideration if we are notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival
Refunds
Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at management’s sole discretion
Arrival and Departure
Whilst we endeavour to operate a flexible arrival and departure policy to cater for our guests needs. Rooms will normally be available by 14:00 although we will accept luggage and the Guest’s conservatory is available for your convenience. Rooms should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure unless prior arrangements are made.
